Chiemsee is a lake in the south part of the Free State of Bavaria (Freistaat Bayern). It is the biggest lake in Bavaria and one of the biggest in the whole Germany. Inside Chimsee lake are four islands: Herreninsel, Fraueninsel, Krautinsel and the small island Schalch.
